Chicken Piccata- Lightly battered boneless chicken breast topped with a white wine lemon butter sauce. Garnished with capers and artichokes.
Chicken Marsala- Lightly battered boneless chicken breast topped with Marsala demi-glace. Garnished with mushrooms.
Chicken Parmesan- Lightly breaded boneless chicken breast topped with house made tomato sauce and mozzarella.
Roasted Chicken- Seasoned and roasted bone-in chicken.
BBQ Chicken- Bone-in Thighs and legs in a Smoky BBQ sauce.
Baked Ham- Sliced Virginia ham with a brown sugar glaze.
Loin of Pork- Herb roasted and sliced. Finished with pork drippings.
Baked Meat Lasagna- Fresh ricotta and house made Bolognese, layered between pasta sheets and finished with Mozzarella.
Sliced Roast Beef- Herb roasted top round sliced and finished with house made gravy.
Shrimp Scampi- Sautéed large shrimp with lots of garlic in a white wine lemon butter sauce served over linguini.
Eggplant Parmesan- Lightly battered and rolled eggplant filled with ricotta and mozzarella.
Stuffed Shells- Large shells stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella topped with house made tomato sauce.
Vegetable Lasagna- Sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onions and squash layered with ricotta, mozzarella and house made tomato sauce.
Broccoli & Cavatelli Pasta- Fresh steamed broccoli sautéed in lots of garlic, olive oil. Tossed with Cavatelli pasta.
