We take pride in our ability to personalize your menu to meet your requirements of cost, dietary restrictions, and even personal favorites.
To ensure proper staffing and ordering of the
appropriate linen, a final guest count guarantee and table layout are required Fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Bride and groom meals are complimentary.
Children and vendor meals are available and priced accordingly: Children 12 and under are half - price. Children 3 and under are free. Vendors are $25 per person ( pre-boxed dinner is chef choice). To reserve your date a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due within 7 day of your proposal. Once the contract is signed & deposit has been received, the contract pricing is locked in for the remainder of the calendar year. If your event is booked and occurring in the next calendar year, your catering menu pricing may be subject to increase up to 10%. This is due to unforeseen increased costs in Commodity Market priced items such as Beef, Poultry, and Fuel. 60 days prior to your event an additional 25% Non -refundable deposit is due. Final payment by cash or bank check is due 10 days prior to event. We offer cash, check or credit card for deposit. We required a credit card to be held on file for any miscellaneous cost that may occur during the event. (*100 guest minimum is required on Saturdays during peak season).

Pricing quoted for this event is based on our arrival on property at_____ AM/PM, Service time of __________AM/PM, Clean up time of ____AM/PM, for a total time on property of 7.5 HRS. *The Client will be charged for additional staff hours for any time extension beyond the agreed upon time.

Included in our services: setting of guest tables, placement of your basic centerpieces, plating of client provided cake, Chef, Catering Coordinator, mobile kitchen, service staff, 10 linen tablecloths (white or Ivory) for seating tables (not to exceed 13 tables. Additional linen fee per table is $22), Sweet Heart Table, House china and flatware. Please note* DJ tablecloths are not provided. Additional charges MAY apply for any of the following: specific venue requirements with regards to catering and caterers responsibilities that exceed “Normal” event operations, extended, intricate set up that requires additional staffing, Specialty rental items that require additional set up time, extended breakdown or clean up. Travel fee of $250 for any venue 45 minutes from our corporate kitchen.
