MARRIED JULY 14th

Tracey and Thom are amazing! They did such an amazing job with our wedding, all our guests loved the food and the way the venue was set up. Tracey helped coordinate the walk down the aisle and was great with helping coordinate all the times when everything needed to be done. We are still getting compliments! The food was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better chef to cook the food, there was something for everyone! I highly highly recommend them!!! Thank you for making our day so special and for making our wedding dream come true we will never forget it!"

Sara and Bobby were a blast to work with. They brought a lot of energy to the plan which made it even more fun than usual to design the menu. We made sure the wedding party had drinks and offered hors d'oeuvres while pictures were being taken. In addition, we made sure we were ready when they finished to get the wedding reception started. Tracie even stepped in as the announcer when the DJ had technical issues that he had to contend with.

STARTERS:

  • Vegetarian Spring Rolls

  • BBQ Meatballs
  • Caprese Skewers
  • Coconut Fried Shrimp

MEAL:

Chicken Piccata and Shrimp Scampi served over linguine with lightly toasted garlic bread to swipe the sauce once the plate was empty!

DESSERTS:

The wedding cake was a chocolate cake with a strawberry layer in the center. The frosting was a lighter, whipped vanilla frosting with fresh fruits decorating the top and sides. We brought our portable freezer and had vanilla ice cream to cool off the day. We supplied a table of toppings for a create-your-own sundae experience!
